BKBD tank dispensers, also known as portion scales, are used, among others, in mills, poultry houses, feed mixing plants, plastic processing plants, where they portion: grain, granulates, fertilizers, pellets, bran, flour and other loose and fine substances.
Tank dispensers work based on the principle of weight loss over time. They can provide both batch and continuous dosing, with a very high accuracy of up to 0.5%.
The devices are designed for precise dosing of loose materials in the form of powders (chalk, talc, flour improvers, etc.) using the volumetric method.
The dispenser tank is equipped with a mixer to prevent the dosed component from hanging up. It is possible to connect several dispensers feeding various components directly to the connector or combine them into a dosing station with a mixer that pre-mixes the ingredients.
