Big-Bag loading station BKBB 300 ensures safe, efficient and dust-free filling of bags with bulk or granular material with minimal employee involvement, while being easy to install, operate and maintain.
We manufacture carbon steel and stainless steel loading stations that easily adapt to a wide range of materials and bag sizes. At the customer’s request, we can manufacture a station adapted to work in an explosion hazard zone (ATEX).
The empty FIBC bag is hooked onto four adjustable and rotatable hooks placed on a movable beam. Thanks to the use of an automatic hook lifting system, loading can be done into bags of different sizes. The bag inlet is pulled onto the loading pipe of the device, and the tight connection between them ensures dust-free operation. Then the bag filling process begins. The station is equipped with an electrovibrator responsible for supporting the unloading of the material by its compaction, tensometric sensors ensuring full control over the amount of loaded material and a weighing system. At the bottom there is a belt conveyor with pallets. After filling, the hooks automatically unhook the bag, which is placed on a pallet and leaves from under the loading pipe. Then it is taken by a forklift to the destination.
