Reloading bulk materials from Big Bags to tank wagons is an important process in the cement, lime-plaster, chemical, food industries, as well as in companies dealing with transport, recycling or storage. Thanks to our BKRB reloading equipment, this process can be significantly facilitated and accelerated.
We manufacture Super Sack bag reloading devices of various heights in stationary and mobile versions, made of black steel and stainless steel. The mobility of the station allows the reloading of material from bags to tank trucks in various places, both indoors and outdoors, and the material of the device allows us to adapt it to the ambient conditions. Stainless steel reloading stations are resistant to corrosion, chemical substances (corrosive), and water cleaning. We also manufacture reloading devices for use in ATEX zones.
Our devices for pouring the contents of Big Bags into silo truck trailers are adapted to reload large bags with high efficiency. The inlet funnel can be equipped with a blade, thanks to which the bag will be cut open automatically, without the operator’s participation, and quickly emptied. Otherwise, it is necessary for the operator to cut the bag before starting the reloading process.
